Shipping Policy

Delivery of the Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances to the location designated by Lessee and approved by TRSupreme for receipt (the “Location”) shall be performed by TRSupreme. Delivery shall be done after the KYC & the verification of the address shall be done through KYC Only. Lessee or Lessee’s representative is responsible for directing the placement of the Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances upon delivery.

TRSupreme will not handover the Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances to the Lessee’s representative without an authorization letter duly signed by the Lessee & photo identification document of the representative upon delivery.

TRSupreme will deliver Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances only after post verification of all the documents provided by the Lessee, as KYC within 48 to 72 hours.

TRSupreme’s authorized staff shall not hand over Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances to a third party or the labor/helper/support staff of the Lessee. Furniture, Equipment’s and Appliances shall be delivered to the delivery location of the Lessee by TRSupreme’s authorized staff only.
